With my background in computer consulting, I decided to form my own company.
Maintaing a successful computer consulting service while expanding capabilities to serve our customers for 11 years. We have supported numerous manufacturing and business enterprises with custom programming to meet their specific needs. As the technology expanded, we have increased our knowledge including web sites and visual programming. With years of experience among our team in inventory control, order processing, accounting and all aspects of business control, we have been able to keep up with constant change.
It was especially beneficial having someone that was in my field of expertise and a business owner - Carol Matney. The others on the team had good insight about business and potential clients.
Through the years I have returned to SCORE as the environment changes. I have received very good advice and guidance on building my networking circle of contacts and potential clients to help expand my business. Also, received advice concerning marketing, hiring and other decisions facing me.
Carol has encouraged me to attend Business After Hours as well as other chamber events and committees.
Recently I met with the team to help in the decision to create new software with a specific potential market.
